Babbage signs Diversity Charter

Babbage has long been involved in corporate social responsibility and sustainable entrepreneurship, and is convinced of the value of diversity and inclusion. Babbage's ambition is therefore twofold - both to create, among other things, a balanced, diverse internal gender balance and by paying specific attention to diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.

On July 22, Babbage signed the Diversity Charter.

Monique van Vliet and Lieke Severijns, the signatories of the Charter, state: “Babbage has been striving for a sustainable, diverse and inclusive staff and candidate database for years. We believe, based on our core values ​​– expert, committed and personal – that diversity and inclusion contribute to achieving our goals and improving team spirit, employability and results.”
