1. Creative thinking: a revolution in your department

What do you need to think revolutionary within your company? Vincent Mirck provides tools to think outside the box, using revolutions in art and music as a source of inspiration. How do you formulate a challenging creative question? How does your brain switch into revolution mode? How do you quickly come up with innovative ideas? What are the characteristics of a good brainstorm? And how do you deal with that one colleague who is always cynical about new ideas? This interactive session helps you overturn thought patterns, learn 'play skills,' and stoke the creative fire.

2. A Beautiful Revolution: getting started with spoken word

One of our top-rated workshops is back! You don't want to miss this!

Words can connect. Words can chafe. Words can set things in motion. In this interactive workshop, you will explore with spoken word artist Elten Kiene how language can be a form of revolution. Not by shouting louder, but by speaking more honestly. By sharing stories. By making room for imagination, connection, and a different perspective.

Through spoken word, creative writing, and performance, participants actively work with their own voice, story, and way of communicating. An energetic session full of rhythm, inspiration, and interaction, where creativity and content come together.

For everyone who wants to discover how words can not only say something, but also change something.

About Elten Kiene

Elten Kiene is a spoken word artist, presenter, and co-founder of the platform Woorden Worden Zinnen. For over 15 years, he has traveled the country with language, performance, and storytelling. Spoken word runs like a common thread through everything he does.

He writes extensively on commission, ranging from personal presentations to custom spoken word and live wrap-ups for events, conferences, and festivals. Additionally, he gives workshops, guest lessons, and lectures at schools, festivals, and even in juvenile detention centers, for virtually all ages and target audiences.

As a host and presenter, Elten is also a familiar face at major events. Every year, he is invited back for festivals such as the North Sea Jazz Festival and Down The Rabbit Hole, among others. In his work, he connects language, rhythm, and social themes in a personal, energetic, and accessible way.

3. Automation and creating agents

During this workshop, Maarten takes you into the world of AI agents and automation, specifically aimed at content professionals.

In the first part, we lay a strong foundation: what are AI agents, how do they work, and when do you use tools such as Claude.ai, Claude CoWork, or Claude Code? Although Maarten works with Claude himself, the principles and insights you learn are applicable to virtually all AI models.

Next, we dive into practice. You will receive concrete examples of how to use AI for content creation, such as writing text and generating images, and how to smartly automate these processes.

In the final part, you will get to work yourself. With the knowledge gained, you will build your own workflows and discover how to apply AI directly in your daily work.

About Maarten van Gennip

Maarten has a background in business administration and a focus on digital innovation. Since the start of his freelance career, he has focused on optimizing and automating processes, using tools such as n8n, with which he has set up and scaled both his own workflows and those of clients.

With the rise of AI, he has further developed these automations by integrating tools such as Claude, making workflows not only more efficient but also more intelligent. Currently, his focus lies on developing AI-driven applications using Claude Code, among others, with automation and practical applicability at the core.

4. Content Strategy in 90 Minutes

How do you ensure that your organization's identity and your content align seamlessly? How do you create content that truly resonates with your target audience? And how do you get your entire team moving in the same direction? The answer is simple: a solid strategy! And not a lengthy, high-level document full of vague management jargon. No, a concrete set of guidelines that you can start working with as early as Monday.

Trainer Niels Lange takes you through this step-by-step in 90 minutes, so you walk out of the room with a strategy that works for you. As a bonus, he also shows you how to deploy AI on the sidelines as an analytical and strategic co-driver, rather than as a content assistant in the back seat.

About Niels Lange

Niels Lange is a creative (in-company) trainer specializing in various training courses and customized programs regarding the strategic use of content and AI. He is an expert at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology. He helps organizations, teams, and networks develop content strategies that truly work. In doing so, he combines proven theories and models with the power of new technologies such as AI—not as a replacement, but as an enhancement of cognitive capacity. He does this as a communications strategist for government and NGOs, and as a trainer at Van der Hilst. With Niels, do not expect a theoretical lecture, but rather practical insights, concrete examples, and hands-on exercises that you can put into practice immediately.

5. AI literacy: risks and opportunities

Almost everyone uses AI. But do you use it consciously? European AI legislation states that employees must know what AI is, what it can do, and where things go wrong. It is a requirement, therefore, but a good one. Because those who possess this knowledge can deploy AI more effectively.

In this workshop, we dive in together. We start with a quiz: how AI-literate are you, really? Next, we discuss the risks. We cover everything from bias and privacy to that one colleague who runs *everything* through ChatGPT or Copilot. Finally, we address what really matters: the opportunities. With a practical exercise that you can immediately apply to your own work.

You will go home with more knowledge, a sharper eye, and concrete tools. So that you can deploy AI effectively and responsibly. And, of course, so you can share fun AI facts at a birthday party.
