In this training by Loo van Eck you will learn how to use a crisis to strengthen the reputation of your organization. You will receive tools that help you prepare for a crisis. During this interactive training we will tell you theory about crisis communication. But we will mainly work on a practical exercise. You end up in a crisis with your organization and it is your job to tackle the communication as well as possible. Internally and externally.
