What are you going to do?

As a Business Consultant, you are the dedicated point of contact for clients with issues in communication, marketing and content. You:

Builds long-term client relationships and expands your own client portfolio;
Advises organizations on labor market developments and our services (interim professionals, traineeships, content & strategy);
Identifies commercial opportunities and translates them into concrete proposals;
Works closely with recruitment to answer every question quickly and appropriately;
Monitors market developments and translates these into Babbage's services.

We are looking for someone with

You bring relevant experience in a commercial or consultancy-oriented role
You have a higher professional or university degree, preferably in communications, marketing or HR
You have commercial energy: you recognize opportunities and convert them into results
You are strong in relationship management and know how to balance interests well
You think along with the customer, are a real networker and follow developments in the field
You live in the Randstad
Fluent Dutch (both spoken and written) is a must (C2 level).
