What are you going to do?

Are you a communications professional who loves dynamism and variety in your work? At Babbage, you get the opportunity to work as a communications advisor on temporary projects at large, complex organizations, while simultaneously being a true part of our team. A permanent job at Babbage, with all the benefits of permanent employment and the variety of secondment. Do you want to switch from the commercial sector to the government? That is also possible! We will guide you through this process.

At Babbage, you are employed and work on assignments through us at, for example, the Municipality of The Hague, UWV, or PwC. You receive a fixed salary, a dedicated team, career coaching, job security, and variety. We find the assignments for you; you don't have to do it yourself.

We are looking for someone with

You are socially involved, politically aware and organizationally sensitive;
You can handle changes well and switch quickly;
You want to grow in your role, in both the short and long term. You enjoy learning and are curious;
You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience at large, complex organizations;
You have a higher professional or university degree in communications or another relevant field;
You are available at least 32 hours a week;
You live in the Randstad;
Fluent Dutch (both spoken and written) is a must (C2 level).
