After starting at Babbage, I developed quickly. On my first day, I still had doubts about my skills, but after two hours I already had an introductory meeting with a professional who had just signed up. I liked that I quickly gained the confidence to take on things independently. That motivates me to learn quickly and show that the trust given is also justified. And with questions I can always go to my colleagues, also from other teams. My first placement was within a month! A professional with whom I had already had contact: from introduction to placement. The trust of the client was also there immediately. They know that we propose suitable professionals and that we think along if there are problems. In the past two years I have developed myself to medior Recruitment Consultant. I now have a good understanding of what the profession entails and have gained a lot of knowledge about our clients and professionals. I have learned how important it is to build a good relationship with both clients and candidates. This not only helps in finding the right match, but also ensures that both parties are satisfied with the result. In addition, I have learned a lot about the different industries in which our clients operate, which helps me to better respond to their specific needs.
