Your first job after studying takes some getting used to. Goodbye free time during the day, hello office hours. But also: goodbye studying in the weekend and hello doing fun things or relaxing! I had to figure out how I was going to fill this new part of my life. But at Babbage Company, they really think along with you. Whether that is a fixed day of working from home because of a sports evening or a gap in your day because of an important private appointment. Together we look at how I can work best. With a nice and friendly team, you naturally get used to it quickly. I never really felt like the 'newbie' at Babbage Company. Everyone welcomed me to the team and was genuinely interested. There was not much time to be new either, because within a short period of time more than ten colleagues joined! And this nice team is still growing! Fortunately, we do not have to worry about getting to know new colleagues, because in addition to all the nice drinks, there is always a moment at the office when you talk to each other.
