In her role, Alana is the point of contact for our Communication Consultants and Trainees, she is their sparring partner at Babbage. What makes them happy? What do you need to show development? In Alana's role, the employee is central. She discusses personal (talent) development and ambitions with the Communication Consultants and then together they create a nice development plan. A rewarding role in which she can really help someone!
