Within the Babbage Team, Lotte is responsible for interim assignments, both on a freelance and secondment basis. After doing IT recruitment for over a year, she wanted to work in an industry closer to her and her background in Commercial Economics. As the newest colleague, she wants to make a difference with her goal-oriented mind-set and fresh energy, both within her team and for her professionals.
In her spare time Lotte likes to be on the water, she is a Scout leader for 4 to 7 year olds or can be found somewhere outside in the woods or on a terrace. Her favorite sport is ballroom dancing or skiing and snowboarding in winter. She was able to practice these last two well when she spent six months in Norway for her studies.
