Lieke has decades of experience in the field of recruitment, the last 22 years as founder and direcctor of Babbage Company. The common thread in Lieke's career has been the development and management of business propositions that bring clients and professionals together. As an entrepreneur, innovation and building of strategic relationships are of the utmost importance to her. Lieke is the driving force behind Babbage Company's sustained success.
Apart from her work, Lieke is mother to two children, partner of Flip and owner of Labrador Balou. Together with them, Lieke enjoys travelling, playing sports, spending quality time with friends and family, the sea, music (especially chamber music), a good book and a glass of fine wine.
