Purpose of the Role
The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for driving the execution of Pharming’s global corporate communications activities across internal, external, digital, and executive communications channels. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, this role plays a key part in ensuring communications are delivered consistently, effectively, and in alignment with corporate priorities, brand positioning, and regulatory requirements.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced communications professional who combines strong executional excellence with sound judgment, proactive stakeholder management, and the ability to translate strategy into impactful communications initiatives. The role supports the development and delivery of integrated communications campaigns, manages day-to-day communications activities, and contributes to strengthening Pharming’s reputation, employee engagement, and stakeholder visibility globally.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Investor Relations, Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial, the Corporate Communications Manager helps ensure communications are aligned, compliant, and audience-focused across all channels.
This role offers visibility across the organization and exposure to senior leadership, while remaining primarily focused on operational delivery and communications execution.
