As a Sourcing Consultant within the Recruitment team, Chantal de Bont is responsible for designing and executing proactive talent-sourcing strategies. Chantal finds professionals who are not (actively) looking for other work or who we cannot visualize with the usual recruitment methods. She is constantly looking for new talent for the Government Community and the communities that we have set up for scarce and/or specialist functions, such as the PR & Spokesperson community. She also supports the recruitment & selection department if necessary. With her many years of experience in the recruitment world (since 2006) she also supports the recruitment for permanent positions department when necessary. She thinks bringing partners and professionals together is the best thing there is.
Chantal spends a lot of time with her children at the football club. She loves traveling with her family and likes going out: weekends away in the Netherlands, or in the summer to Spain or Turkey.
